I am available from 11am-8pm EST, M-F. I do not work on holidays, but orders may be sent out on weekends if a rush fee is added to your order.

You will receive updates during your turn around time; in the event that I have a lot of orders to complete or send out, I will notify you about any delays or extensions needed for your project. Please refrain from contacting me about orders as it will disturb me during the design process & cause your order and others to take longer.

Your project's specific turnaround time depends on the service(s) chosen & the quantity; the general timeframe for a single service ranges from 2-14 business days.

You are provided with 3 free revisions. After you have exceeded this limit, you will be charged a $10 revision fee per revision.

If a client wants new logo drafts (3 new sets), they will be charged a re-design fee of $65.

Once final files are sent out, any revisions needed will result in a partial fee of $50. After 3 months client files are deleted and designs can not be revised.

For your order to begin, FULL payments are required. Once this payment has been sent, no refunds are given.

Once your project has started, there will be absolutely NO refunds of any kind. All services are non-refundable, so please book accordingly.
